Account and data deletion
OTPDesk
You can ask the owner of OTPDesk to delete your account and the personal data linked to it, without reinstalling the app.
How to request deletion
- Enter the email address you use with OTPDesk in the form below.
- Optionally tell us which account or data you mean.
- The app owner receives your request by email, verifies it is you, and replies to confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
Your account and the personal data stored with it (profile, content you created, contact details, notification tokens) are deleted, normally within 30 days. Records the owner must keep by law, such as payment invoices, may be retained for the legally required period and then deleted. Anonymous install statistics are not linked to you and are not affected.
To stop all collection from your device straight away, uninstall the app. See also the privacy policy.
